This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, use, and share personal information from or about CollegeSpring users or their devices. By using our Site, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, sharing, and procedures this Privacy Policy describes. Beyond the Privacy Policy, your use of our Site is also subject to our Terms of Use.

A. Information You Provide to Us

When you make a donation through our Site, your donation is processed by a third-party payment processor such as Classy (“Payment Processor”). The Payment Processor may collect personal information from you, including your name, email address, billing address, and Payment Information in connection with your donation. The use of your personal information by the Payment Processor is governed by its terms and conditions and privacy policy, and personal information we receive about you from our Payment Processor is governed by this Privacy Policy.
